      For this reason, we provide a 30-day guarantee. If you decide that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these instructions to process your return:

      Get in touch with us: Contact our customer care team and they will provide the information you require to start the process. Our email is customercare@lifestylegarden.us.

      Keep the original packaging: To protect the quality of our pieces, we package our furniture very carefully. It is crucial that you ship back the furniture in its original packaging. In the case you are not able to provide the original packaging, our team will repackage it for and additional fee

      Item Condition: We only accept items in as-new condition. Products with scratches, dents, or broken parts cannot be return.

      Inspection and refunding: Once we receive the return, our expert team will inspect the product and process the refund. This process may take between 1 and 2 weeks depending on the refund method due to credit card delays. Return shipping fee will not be refunded. This fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the product.

      Final Sale Items: Items bought through final sales are not considered for the return policy.
