Keep the original packaging: To protect the quality of our pieces, we package our furniture very carefully. It is crucial that you ship back the furniture in its original packaging. In the case you are not able to provide the original packaging, our team will repackage it for an additional fee.
Item Condition: We only accept items in as-new condition. Products with scratches, dents, or broken parts cannot be return.
Inspection and refunding: Once we receive the return, our expert team will inspect the product and process the refund. This process may take between 1 and 2 weeks depending on the refund method due to credit card delays. Return shipping fee will not be refunded. This fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the product.
